Montforan currently uses multiple couriers for deliveries(See detailed list at Checkout). Payment is verified upon receipt except on weekends and bank holidays. Delivery delays are the responsibility of the courier.
Shipping rates are determined by the courier and displayed at checkout. Montforan aims to deliver according to the service selected. On receipt of an order, it will take up to 2 working days to process the order for collection and dispatch. orders
Deliveries are made via courier which charges a collection fee. Additional couriers may be added. If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier will advise whether the order has been left in a safe place or returned to a depot.
International Deliveries Not available currently
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery. Montforan is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
Customers collecting orders must present order confirmation and photographic identification. Montforan will notify customers when orders are ready for collection.
Montforan will make every effort to inform customers of delays caused by external factors but accepts no liability for such delays.
