Changes must be requested in writing before dispatch. Once dispatched, name and address details cannot be amended. Changes may affect delivery times or product availability.
Consumers purchasing online or by telephone may cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 within fourteen days of receiving the products, except for items with opened hygiene seals. Products must be returned in original packaging, and customers are responsible for return costs unless returning to a Montforan address. Refunds are processed within fourteen days of receiving returned products.

Most items may be returned within forty‑eight hours if unopened, intact and undamaged. Items must be returned in protective packaging. Damaged returns are not accepted, and shipping fees are non‑refundable.
Final sale, reduced or promotional items, free gifts and shipping fees cannot be returned.
Refunds are issued only where goods are proven lost or undelivered.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
